David: Commented on Belen's design. Preparing for Dev Day. Belen: Finished imaged customization design documentation and sent a couple of patches for the UI Michael: Reviewing patches and sending them upstream, bug fixing and other bits and pieces Alex: OOO for most of last week. Looking into running tests on a clean database. Brian: Working on startup and out sick. Ed: Working on image customization and unit tests. Finished a set of APIs and waiting for front end to test them. Won't be doing much for Toaster for the next couple of weeks. Mihail: Running YP 1.9 M2 rc2 and sent a patch for the UI to enable automated testing. Will be fixing the UI tests next week. Victor: Finished components design. Working on iconography and starting to create the custom CSS for the components. Sujith: Submitted a new version of a unit test, which has been sent upstream. He has managed to create a custom configuration file, but is having an issue with the specified layers not showing in the project page. Will send his localconf.json file to Alex to get some help. Paul: Not much done on Toaster this week. Stephen: Working on YP and MinnowBoard project management. Opens: Belen - I cannot build master with the current tip of the fido branch. Builds start, show you the 'checking out layers' state, and never move from there. Decided that we should remove master as a possible selection? Decided that a patch/fix is needed to prevent selecting master as the build. Belen will submit a bug to do it. Belen - Release status: we were missing Brian last week, so we agreed to discuss the status of the functionality we planned to deliver in 1.9 this week instead. Discussed that the key feature for YP 1.9 is image customization. It might not make M3 but Brian will talk to Richard to see if we can still include it. Front End work most likely won't be ready but back end appears to be ready. Decided that Brian will discuss this with Richard and set expectations. Michael agreed to enable a feature that allows image customization to be turned on only if you start it up with that. AR's: Alex - Review the Toaster wiki page and identify was still useful and what's obsolete. (Done) Alex - Add test information to the wiki. (In process) Brian - Make a recommendation on Alex's patch today and decided if we need it in YP 1.9. (Done) Mihail - Add QA tests to the wiki. (In Process) Belen - Submit a bug to bugzilla about not building from master in fido Brian - Have a discussion with Richard if we include image customization in YP 1.9. Thanks, Stephen K.
