Udah coba browsing alamat http://localhost ? page yang tampil seharusnya under construction. coba dulu bikin virtual directory di c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ trus kasih hello word scriptnya asp. di IIS saya tidak ada tuh nama file localstart.asp yang ada iisstart.htm kalo masih juga ngga bisa ngebaca file .asp, coba periksa di IIS Manager di bagian Web Service Extensions, seharusnya extensi Active Server Pages berstatus Prohibited. Sebab extensi asp seharusnya udah builtin dengan IIS.
