They are looking for : 1. ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER (code :OMM-GM) Job responsibilities : 1. Devise online advertising strategies to optimize online advertising against ROI (including paid listing placements). 2. Develop their email systems and campaigns to increase the conversion rate, frequency and value of customer spend. 3. Manage pay per click and organic traffic and sales from search engines, in particular for Google and Overture. 4. Manage online promotions involving third parties, such as competitions, offers and subscription drives. 5. Manage online marketing budget, including continuous improvement of ROI. 6. Working with creative and marketing teams to ensure that all online marketing activities are in keeping with values and guidelines 7. Traffic and sales reporting for all online marketing, including ROI, using a variety of reporting tools. 8. Input into web design/navigation to improve conversion and retention of site visitors. 9.
