COUNTRY MANAGER (code:COM-SMC) Job Descriptions : - Increase and establish brand awareness and market share, and to work out strategic business/ marketing plans to increase sales volume and profitability - Develop an annual account plan with a strategic focus directed to identifying all opportunities, selecting strategic prospects, identifying customer needs, and selling communications solutions to achieve revenue/margin and sales objectives. - Drive country business to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and company objectives. - Develop and facilitate effective and timely communication, both within the area, and with Head Office and the Region - Responsible for governance of the country's Operations. MEDIA PLANNER (code:MP-SMC) Job Descriptions: - Taking care of Media Planning & Buying for all of media space including Magazine, Newspaper, TV & Radio - Analysing the result of each media channel in order to evaluate the continuously or pending of the media - Controling the process of applying Pre & Post from censorship to run smoothly in order to get the tape on air in time - Allocating & Organizing all of the media code to each media channel in order to get the result precisely - Maintaining all of the media space that doing well against all of the competitors penetration on the media space / position - Preparing & Submitting monthly spending report to Head Office and the Region Qualifications: - Male / Female with Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field age between 25 – 30 years. - At least 2 year experience in media planning/buying , experiences in advertising agency is preferable and would be an advantages - Interpersonal character with a very good command of English both written and spoken is required. - Report oriented - Self-motivated, mature, and innovative - Good interpersonal communication skills - Flexible and able to work under pressure and tight deadline - Good team player 3.
