Firstly, Thanks to Jai Ram, Krishna & Srinivas for giving me a "lift" in
their bikes. You really made my day comfortable.

One revelation for me is Ratan Ji's "sense of humour" (you can see it in the
mail he wrote above). I have seen him many times in monthly meetings but
never thought he is this jovial. Be it his jokes, commentary or mannerisms,
Ratan ji provided very good entertainment to the crowd. And then his cute
and sweet kid "Ananya". Everyone enjoyed her presence. Special mention to
his car, his video camera, all the food they got for us. Thank You Sir to
you and your family. You surely deserve a prize for being a wonderful
organizer.

Dr. Sundar is in his usual best in the "bahupaatraabhinayam" he peformed. It
is remarkable that he adapted one of his old plays to the occasion of TMAD's
anniversary. And he did this on the spot, unplanned. Thanks a lot for this.

Of other performances I particularly liked Srinivas's "short stanzas". I
have seen this guy with a pencil and book in the morning and wondered what
he was doing. Good rhyming, humour and meaning, his stanzas got them all.
Srinivas, you surely should develop this talent. Thanks.

Thanks also to all other chaps for their enthusiasm and participation. Many
have sung songs (including me). Particularly I should mention the song sung
by Kashyap where the lyrics are written by him. It is one song that is
relevant to TMAD's theme and goes like "Humanity is the paIaquine and we are
its bearers...". (BTW I feel Kashyap is the best male singer in our
yesterday's group ). I am also impressed by Shanta Ram 's(Prasanthi's
brother) performance in Dumb Charades. Overall, we had good time.

A special thanks to all the ladies who took care of food arrangement and
serving. And seems that many are impressed by Vani's onion cutting skills
(Who said IITians cant cut Onions? ). This girl does have a lot of fan
following ("Vani niidOka vinnuutna baaNi", to quote from Srinivas's
stanza!!).

I was not feeling very well yesterday and so I am not in "best of my moods".
So I was not very active. I want to emphasize that this is just because of
"physical and health" reasons and not bcoz of "something" biting me as some
people suspected :)

Thanks again!
