*Agenda *: No Pre-Set Agenda Minutes *Penny Drive* ** - Divya stressed upon the success of Penny drive and requested everyone for involving every one and collect as much as possible for penny drive. It is decided that everyone will collect and contribute their share by next monthly call. Action : Everyone must complete this and collect as much as possible by next monthly call and send the amount to Chandra. *Accountability* - Prasad garu stressed on the need to make funds accountability as part of our groups goal to attract more members. Divya explained to the team that, we are more than accountable and explained how members on the field spend their own money to cover most of the miscellaneous expenses. Divya also explained that once the website is up and running we might be able to see the the detailed spreadsheets on all previous and present transactions. Also added that we already have a rough ledger of all the donations that came in todate, and where every penny has been spent. Action: NA *Website* - Divya requested for some help in terms of website development. Interested members were to contact Suresh Ediga directly. Action: NA *E-mail Etiquette* - Prasad garu raised a point that we need to be more specific while replying to e-mails. Too many e-mails is acting as a deterrent to most of the non-active members. The following points are suggested as a possible remedy for these problems - Use gmail that will tag all the related e-mails as per the subject - Make use of daily digest - Consider some kind of facility in the upcoming website where we can highlight the cases we are working on any point of time *Introductions* - Uday, RaNaRe(Ramanadha Reddy) & Suneel Thottempudi introduced themselves to the team.
