My take on this is, Idea is very good and some day we need to do all this
(expand ourselves in other states too) but I am not sure now the time is
ripe for this or not....neways let this discussion and this thread go on

Personally btw I donot see any reason why u shudnt' do it in chennai, apart
form HYD. Form urself a group and try to make it work, since its relatively
a very small project. We are always here to help with the planning ofcourse!
So all those qns of urs, we can help solve.

prayer itself they use some mike and speakers. So I thought some lower

bear foot I guess.
So I too decided to do SDP here in tharamani, Chennai area. If the grp is
doing in Hyd fine. Else I will do it on behalf of the grp here Or I will
take help from some of my colleagues and will try to form a grp in our
company. I know its not easy as I hesitate a lot to goto people to ask for
any help. But I will try. This way i can even introduce the grp to some
people in our office.
I already spoke to my room mate regarding this who is working for Jasmine
Infotech here, and they regularly do some thing of this sort. Every month
when they get salary they collect some funds and goto some home and
distribute some things there. So I suggested him this(SDP) next month. If
they are ready I will join them. Lets see how and where all prasad gaari
sankalpam makes a difference to this society. :))
Once I started thinking abt this, then I started to feel the difficulties
involved. Simply replying to a mail is easy but when I started thinking on
these lines then I felt like which type of slippers?? where to buy here in
chennai?? How will I bring them back? I dont even have a bike here and I
dont know any shops here. and the same old qns!!! which sizes how many???
etc etc.....
Same for girls and boys??
I saw many of those other 50 to 60% wearing those strong Bata sandal
variants. I guess they will be strong yet soft. Bata ones mite be expensive(
99 to 129 per pair) But if the same ones we take from some other local wala,
we can get them for 30 to 40 I guess( may be less or may be more I am not
sure)
Let me write some more things after I do some survey regarding all these.
