Arun, Can you please try to contact NGOs in TN to get atleast an idea in what they are interested in? and also for SDP.
One more thing.. take help of Shankar (I guess the name is correct.. the guy who is learning English) The reason for the same is language problem.. you can explain him and he can talk and let you know the response.. Vani.
