prasanthi madam garu,

We had a discussion on this same issue twice when we
met on 7th Jan (on which MAD first meeting was held in
Hyd) and 9th (the day on which MAD members met
Raju[the kidney patient]). We(those who attended) felt
that removing the IDs of inactive members from the
list is the only solution to the problem. They(those
who are inactive) might be looking just for a mail
from which they can get some info about the cause for
which they can contribute (it can be time/money ).If
they dont find such info they keep quite. Ofcourse, we
can understand the actual reason (of making everyone
active) that forced/compelled you to come to this
conclusion. But, atleast in my perspective this is not
the only solution. Encourage them first .. wait .. and
see .. for some more time , get the other member's
ideas/views into account and then take decision.

If you start terminating IDs one-by-one (just like TRS
supremo throwing out the rebels ) at one point of time
only you will be there in the MAD team (just like TRS
supremo may remain in his party). Oh ..dont take this
example so seriously .. just kidding :-) ...

Moral of the story : Be active and escape the
termination :-)
