Hello Sowmya and others,

Good Morning/Evening.

We cannot decide a venue until we know how many people are turning up.
If someone are really interested to donate, they can come to any venue
(at least when the venue is within the city itself).

The problem is to invite Red Cross people to come to our place, there
must be at least 50 people donating blood.

I am not sure that we can get 50 people. So we should go to Red Cross
and then donate blood there itself. To talk to Red Cross people also
we need to mention a figure approximately like how many people will be
coming that day.

I hope you all understand why I am sending more mails requesting
people to announce their names and numbers.

Thank You.
