Regarding evidence, how can we get in few cases? For example, in Asma's case, we didn't take any photos at all. In the same way, for the orphan students to whom we gave books, we didn't take photos. (But these people are reachable and as they stay in hyderabad itself, we can let them write a 'Thank you' note in the name of the group and post it to 'Files' section and also give their contact numbers so that they can directly ring to them and find out whether they received books from us or not. Only from Raju's case we took photos and they are available in the report. Anyway I need to update it. Regarding the money that I gave to Ashray-Akruti, it is Suneel T.'s personal donation and I gave a common mail to both Suneel and Babu. He will be getting a receipt from them too and that is useful for tax exemption also. On how we can and are going to spend the monthly contributions, I did mail our hyderabad discussions to the group and I await your replies.
