Mailing a consolidated expense sheet is all u need to do. Rest is our duty.
U r already taking care of the actual case. We will figure out who will do
it and how.
I am sure what suresh meant by his mail...was for u to just give a number
overall...something that we have to arrive at as how much to raise for this
case. I know you will need some more time to give us an approximate number
and we will wait.

I will post the expenditure on regular intervals. Hope someone take
care in classification and presenting them into an Accounting format
and present the data into some prescribed formats those help us to
asses the situations and take decisions.
