Ailment: Brain Tumour Hospital: NIMS Hospital, Hyderabad. The patient's father is a white card holder. Annual Income of the family is Rs. 18,000/- Patient's Brother's Number: 98851-18364. Chakradhar's Number - 98495-15022. (Friend of Chandra. He also helped us in Asma's case by going to Kothagudem and also took Asma for the initial checkup in Kothagudem.) Initial Treatment or Checkup from Karthik Super Speciality Hospital, CPM Office Lane, Beside Andhra Bank, Khammam. Ph: 08742-245213. Doctors: Dr. Pentela Asadharan, Dr. Pentela Bharathi. Estimation Certificate from NIMS mentioned that the patient is undergoing treatment for Lateral Ventricular Tumour. The procedure operation required is: Craniatomy & Encission Estimated amount is Rs. 70,000/- The case is genuine as it is referred to by Mr. Chakri, a close friend of Chandra garu. We have the xerox copies of all the certificates. I think Chandra garu will scan them all and post to the 'Files' section under 'Tulasi Prasad' folder.
