If every mail is crisp and point blank, it would be something like roboting. For information and facts, the mails can be crisp. For sharing thoughts and for expressing our views and reaction, we should be permitted to write big mails. There is no compulsion to read all mails and based on the time constraints members can read only the mails which provides information on the present activities and what next kind of mails.
