Suresh garu, Your messages always give inspiration to do more things. Its good idea of using email to gather likeminded people. Definately we can see the increased number of members by this. But turning them into "Volunteers" is a very difficult thing in practical. That is not their fault nor ours.
The solution is : What we plan should be proportionate to what we can.
