The following is the agenda for July month's meeting - Hyderabad.
US and Blr members, please post your respective agendas too.
To discuss mainly on supporting children in Anikepalli. Pros and
Cons, how many members are interested to pursue this assignment.
Discuss in elaborate.
1. Anikepalli assignment
a) Is there any objection to provide education support to the
children there?
b) How many of the members are interested in taking this as a main
assignment - means visiting regularly, teaching classes or any sort
of assisting them.
Note: When members take up one project as main assignment, they need
not take part in other activities except to participate in monthly
meetings. If they are interested, they can join and take part. But as
a guideline, we do not consider them for other projects as they would
be spending much time and efforts on their main assignment.
c) Do the members have confidence in ourselves as a group that we can
proceed with Anikepalli project as we are hoping for? How we do it is
another issue, we will devise the ways. But all of you have
confidence or not?
2. Registering ourselves as donors: Eye and Organ Donation.
--- Also take the opinion of giving
either Rs. 2k or 5k towards lifetime membership fee in MOHAN
Foundation.
3. How we go about supporting Thalessemia and Sickle Cell Society in
their endeavour? Discuss the pros and cons of conducting an event in
November/December of this year.
--- Just collect the ideas.
--- In May's monthly meeting, we drafted few ideas. Just ponder over
them again. (If you cannot get it, mail me. I will forward).
4. Roles and Responsibilities.
5. Developing the website. (Now that the domain is registered, we
should have the pages ready as well.)
Most of us opined to go with the open source tools. I need to follow
up with Samuel garu with respect to providing web space for us. Let
me know your views on it.
