Friends, he was interested to buy a very costly cell phone and to compensate
the education of his friend, he bought a very basic one and gave all that
amount to his friend. Really great.
Coming to adopting the village, let me clarify. That is our aim. We all believe
that India can be developed only if our villages are self-reliant and we can
encourage agriculture and other occupations prevalent in villages.
We are trying to learn what all required and we are trying to work on a small
area and with that real-time experience we need to expand our wings.
One of our members' Karthik's native place is Jalamangala and he has been doing
a good work there. So our Bangalore members want to go there and do whatever
they can.
Also we want to study the models where there is a good change. Prepare case
studies and reports and then try to implement them as is feasible in our domain.
Regarding donations, we collect locally and pool it in the main account here.
(ofcourse it is in my name.) In US, members send cheques to Chandrareddy and he
used to transfer the amount at once. In Blr, Pavan Pyda collects the money.
Here in Hyd, I collect. We pool it in a central account here and from here we
again distribute for our activities. This is the plan.

raghu as u asked, right now i cann't comment on any of the issues,frankly
speaking i am unware of all this kinds of things probably i may make some
suggestions in the near future.
