Hello Friends,

Good Morning/Evening.

This morning Ratanji rang to me and said that he knows a bookshop
whose owners are his friends. He also said that he can come to
Anikepalli and take the volunteers who visit Anikepalli in his car.

So this evening I went to that book house (very near to our meeting
venue, Gayatri Hospital). Murali is in touch with me. Chandra garu
also rang to know if he has to come for books.

Me and my dad went first with a therapist from the hospital. They
don't have all the books and they ordered from their friends' shop.
Lepakshi Book House, SR Nagar -- they have given books with utmost
concession, the rate for which they bought. (I even bought Swati's
first year english text books and rang to Radhakrishna garu and
Lavanya. Tomorrow Sri Maruti Srinivas will collect the books from the
hospital).

Then Murali came and we both took the second round of books. Then for
the third round, Dr. Shyam Sundar himself came. We only could get 12
bags here so they suggested one more shop (that is also near to
Gayatri Hospital - Sri Sai Ram Book Depot.). Me and Murali went there
and got the remaining bags.

We bought the books @2 books per subject and also bag, pen, pencil,
rubber, sharpener, brown paper for each student. Anyway we will be
giving only one book per subject. As we will be going once in every
fortnight, we can distribute the second set of books when needed. (I
have taken this decision thinking that we can get much discount if we
buy bulk).

Three bills:
1040 Rs. (including First Year Intermediate English Text Book,
Non-Detailed and Grammar book)
2625 Rs.
1000 Rs.

Total - Rs. 4665.
(I have drawn only Rs. 2000 from ICICI. Later I drew Rs. 2000 from my
ATM account. I gave Rs. 445 from my personal amount in the bag. Murali
gave the remaining amount Rs. 200. We have the money in bank, but for
the time being we gave. I will give cash to Murali later.

This night Yasoda, Latha and Lakshmaiah along with Dr. Shyam Sundar
will arrange books in bags. Tomorrow at 10 pm, Murali, Srinivas and
Ratan ji gather at Gayatri Hospital and from there they will go to
Anikepalli with a set of few extra books, to distribute if needed.

I requested Murali to bring his digicam tomorrow and take the snaps of
all the 23 children. I also gave the bills to him for scan. He will
post the scanned files to the 'Files' section may be on Monday or Tuesday.

I will be on train by this time tomorrow. Most probably I will mail
the update tomorrow afternoon once I get a call from Murali or Ratan ji.

Thank you.
