Hi Divya,

With respect to accounts, one person should look after a particular
case and even for the management also.

Basically if we take on a project one person should own it and the
others must support him/her. They are the team with respect to
particular project and everyone should take on a particular role so
that work can be distributed and can easily be done and we know whom
to ask a particular query.

Project reports idea is also good. We can have one page wherein we
place the pdfs to be downloaded.

Coming to US members' contribution never ever think that you couldn't
do much. The support, the guidance is very much required. Maintenance
of website, research etc., are very important. In fact, if you can see
my earlier mails or in the dokkuface4 site, I mentioned it, research
with respect to NGOs, causes and new ideas.

Let us see. I hope we can be more active from August onwards. I will
not have any personal engagements (except going out of station) so
that I can concentrate the weekends completely on our activities to
give much shape to our thoughts.

Then we can send the mail drafted by Suresh for volunteers.

Basically, it would be good, if all the volunteers do the work out of
personal interest even if they had to do a work as no one else are
there to substitute. No one are doing the work here for me or for
other members. We are doing it out of our personal choice. This is the
only request. I am sorry to say that (I think it is right point of
time) if you are not happy with the way things are going on, if you
don't feel that we are working according to our ideology, you can
gladly move away.

If every member owns the group, then no one can feel bad if there is
something wrong, if they had to overwork. Sometimes it would be the
case. We will learn from our mistakes.

Thank you.
