Chandra, If by what u say it means that TP.com will be hosting the Vishal's site in future..and it is legal...then I think the letter that the webguy is asking for should be on the tp.com letterhead or the company letterhead that hosts tp.com. However..I would keep this as a last resort...if nothing else works.
I am still not so convinced to go ahead with our group letterhead. A guy who has been charging 50rupees per donation entry into the website...from a person like Vishal..has no human edge. It is trouble with guys like this no matter what....and it is wise for us to always be on the safe side. Karthik...there is a site renewal fee of close to 5000INR since the site has expired already. I think tht guy said he would renew it and then surrender the password to us...according to what Raghu said to me. To me..one of the simple options out would be...a letter from Vishal requesting transfer of website rights to us...signed by himself in presence of M.A.D. and the website guy...co-signed by one of our members on behalf of our group...and also the website guy. Tht would keep all three of us at ease. I am guessing it should satisfy him....if all his worry is tht ppl who donated might sue him tomorrow. Who else can be the best source of assurance on this..than Vishal himself..to whose benefit all these contributions are???
