Hello Mr.Jayaprakash..

Let me answer ur qns from my shoes.

###How is MAD Different from the other 30,000 NGO's listed### - Just
becos we have some X million ppl in India U n Me donot disappear into
them but enjoy our existence n struggle to keep it alive. So is MAD
between all of these. To top it more....MAD proudly adds up to that
chunk of NGO's in these 30,000 that actually make a diffence in the
society to their abilities and resources.

###What is different about this group### - U r a member of this group
now..and U will know this answer urself once u sink in. The answer is
actually a feel u get being a part of this group...and I cannot put it
into words, though I wish I could. It is what u enjoy n know than
what you can express.

###Wht is its core competency### - People wanting to do all they can
with genuine will n interest, working around their busy schedules and
day to day lives. This is our fuel. U will be amazed at times knowing
how our members deal with projects and drive them to the successful
completion phase. There is a level of service set in this group as an
example to all the others who try follow it.

###What is the one thing that this group does best than the other
groups### - We donot compete with people or other groups here, we
compete with time, with need and with life. Like Prasanthi already
wrote...we try to reach those people whose plea for help goes unheard
in the crowds.

###How productive is this group?### - In what terms is the qn? If it
is in financial sense....then lets say we meet our goals which is
sumptuous. If it is in general sense, then all those lives we've
saved, all those lives we have changed or help change are the answer.
A life saved is a life given...isnt' it?

###On the website there are serveral places where you ask for help,
but I dont' see how that money is allocated for various projects and
for administrative overhead.### - Every penny that comes in is
accounted for n against in this group. We have nothing such as
administrative overheads. Every single paisa is spent for the cause
and we spend nothing towards our own expenses or what you call
administrative overheads. All of the other expenses we incur working
on projects are from our personal accounts n pockets.

###What are the strengths of the core group### - EACHOTHER. We have
eachother at everystep that we are taking together...towards our goal.
What more can be the biggest strenth than knowing you are working with
people who would stand by you no matter what...24/7....only for the
better cause??

Welcome into the Group Mr.Jayaprakash :)
M.A.D. where wish to Make a Difference is at its best.

What is the one thing that this group does best that other groups
cannot do? How productive is this group? On the website, there are
several places where you ask for help, but I don't see how that money
is allocated for various projects and for administrative overhead.
Perhaps that part is not uploaded yet. What are the strengths of the
core group? By core, I mean the half dozen or so committed people.
