Today we had a very good discussion on various topics and after that we visited Ashray Akruti for few minutes. I am just mailing the gist and I request either Murali or Sowmya to post the MOM as I am not feeling well. Important topics: 1. The need for specification of various roles (This has been put forth by Blr members as well. In Hyd, we couldn't implement it.) So at any cost, we should come up with crystal clear roles and responsibilities by next month's meeting. 2. To register our organization: Suresh and Phanindra suggested that this would be good option. We discussed on various possibilities. 3. Phanindra opined to have a clear cut area of work like education, medical help etc., to define our activities. 4.
