I know all of us are busy. But to inform everyone about the activities on phone is not easy. It is good if you ring and enquire. One person giving a call and finding out about the activities is more easy and practical than one ringing to everyone. It happened with me in Hyd too that I end up calling whether people are coming or not. Ofcourse some of our members ring to me and find out sometimes.
