Hi Friends,

I couldnt spend my time for the last few months due to
work pressure at my office and personal problems at my
home.

1. TeluguPeople Foundation, Vonumu.org and our Mad
group are sponsoring money for children's education.
In some cases we need to counsel the parents why they
are not able to spend money for education. Some of the
parents will be going for dailywages work at
construction or doing agriculture etc., Sometime in a
week, 3 to 4 days they couldnt get work. We can show
them other jobs such as security guards. we can tie up
with some agencies and provide employment. For house
wives we can arrange bank loans to buy sewing
machines. Some shops are outsourcing sarees for
paintings. we can provide training how to paint and
get the work also. For tailors there is a good demand
in hyderabad. We can ask the leading tailors to
outsource their work. Housewives can do from their
home and get the money.

2. In a family, there will be 3 to 4 children. two may
be going to school and other 2 may be working in wine
shops/ hotels etc., For those children, we need to get
them trained in Masonry works, carpentory works,
Mobile training, refrigeration works,Mechanic works
etc.,

3.To make all the things to happen, we need a room at
anikepalli. That we can take from any landlord at that
village for free or else if there is no such option,
we can hire for say around rs. 300 to 400. A table, 2
chairs, a register, a board, duster and marker. That
room can be used for taking classes. we can fix a time
in advance so that volunteers can plan accordingly and
train the children for 1 or 2 hrs. Apart from that we
can interact with the villagers and can know their
problems. we can list and see what all can we do.
Suppose if there are any major issues we can take help
from other foundations or else by advertising through
TeluguPeople.com Classifieds or in paper for less
amount.

Suppose if we can succeed at this village, we can
identify some more villages in the city and do the
needful.

These are my ideas. i dont know whether they are
possible or not. From Jan2007 i can spend time for
these type of activities.

Sorry for the big email.

Regards,
chandra.
