Hi All
I am herewith writing the details of the patient
Mr.V.Srinivas aged 34 yrs who has been diagnosed as
failure of both the Kidneys.
The Doctors have recommended Kidney transplantation.
The estimation given by Doctors of Apollo Hospitals,
Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad was Rs.5,00,000.
It is a package for the Kidney Transplantation, which
includes
Hospital stay for about 15 days, Donor expenses etc.
The post-operative expenses may roughly come about
1,50,000 for one year. The total requirement is about
Rs.6,50,000.
We are pooling the resources through friends and
relatives.
I request every one to kindly donate us and help us in
successful operation on humanitarian grounds, as the
patient is a poor person with one son and wife and
aged parents as his dependants.
