Sorry , at this point , i am not commiting myself for anything :-) ( just not yet ) Now that we have assigned names to the roles, now for the responsibilities . Each one of us are now responsible to 1) Build the team of members assigned to a particular role. For ex: Chandra, Sitaram , Sri will build a team for account coordination which include the members from hyd, bangalore. 2) Set guidelines as to how we can use the yahoogroups effectively. for ex: Use word documents to record all our activities, all our financials , use proper subjects when corresponding through emails. 3) Regularly update the group with the activities. 4) More importantly be organised and work as a team Please refer to the messages on the Roles & Responsibilities http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tomakeadifference/message/1062 http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tomakeadifference/message/1529 Again , these are just a few ways we could coordinate our activities and is still open for suggestions or comments. . cheers
