Well done, Phanindra. You mentioned everything. Friends, Phanindra will be taking over the Hyderabad Chapter. That is why I haven't sent any weekend update and MOM. He will be sending out the agenda, convene the meeting and also send MOM in addition to updating the group with respect to Hyderabad activities.
Any member who sents the amount to our account should mail to the group reg. the amount and also the transfer date. Suresh will be tracking those details. He also will take cash from the local people if they can give on monthly meeting day. Ratan will be maintaining the account and will be sending the account transaction details and balance sheet. Owners of particular project will be taking money from him and in turn will send the expenditure details and receipts to him. Say for example, Jairam and Murali will be buying books for Anikepalli school library. He will take some money, say Rs. 1000 from Ratan and then they will submit the receipts to him. (first to me so that I can scan and maintain a jpg file as well). Regarding T-shirts, we will be wearing them on our monthly meeting day and also on any special occasions so that people will get to know about us. Yesterday Pavan rang to me and I asked him to come to Nellore once in 3 months on MAD purpose. I will also be going there in that interval and we request other Nellore members in Bangalore also to do the same. Then when we meet, I will give the T-shirts to Bangalore people. (Everyone of us will buy the shirt. On bulk order, we might get it for Rs. 200 or Rs. 225, I suppose). We will also be hosting an image of the T-shirt in our website and any interested people can buy from us. We will be having few shirts with our local chapters in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Nellore. (P.S: 100 or 50 T-shirts will be decided later. We have 100 members as of now in our list.) Your suggestions are welcome. Also we have to decide on the All member meeting.
