In Neredmet village, close to Sainikpuri, there is a small temple that a priest help build thru donations. Homes around this temple have been donating some water every month, and the priest always requested ppl for a permanent water source. There was not enough water to clean the temple floors, or for devotees to wash their hands & feet. This priest carried a pot of water every morn' all the way from his house to clean god's idols.
In my last visit, I approached a local borewell digger & asked if he could help out giving a concession. For 15000/- that I was willing to donate, he did the job. So my point is, if there is no water at all in a school, then borewell water is a good source isnt' it?
