I got your reference from Rajasekhar Reddy garu. He is sending this
email on behalf of me. I am Mr.Shaik Badesaheb, Retired Postal
department official now writer and publisher from Hyderabad. With my
innovative methods, I tought One American Couple( David Collins & Audrey
Collins), a linguistic student from the University of Texas at
Arlington, USA and resident of Fortworth. Within 20 days/hours to read
Telugu.
I have published a book "Maa Hasanbee TELUGU VACHAKAM" with the help
of which anyone can learn to read adnd write Telugu language
in 20 days/hours.
I have successfully conducted a literacy program in Suryapet Muncipal
Limits and 5600 adult illiterates became literates within one month
in 2005. My book played a major role in this program to make the
literacy program succesful.
I have given an application to the collector of Mahboob Nagar,
Deputy Director of Adult Education to launch a similar literacy program
in the entire district of Mahboob Nagar, to achive total literacy in one
month. As usual there is no response from the Government so far.
The only reason I have chosen Mahboob Nagar is, the literacy rate among
the women is only 20%, one of the lowest in the State and Country.
Now a Gentleman by name, Allauddin from Zadcherla, is donating toal
10000 of my books to poor students studynig in Government and aided
schools and also the illiterate women of self help groups in Zadcherla
town on 26th January, 2007. The media is likely to cover this event.
With just $2 one illiterate can become literate within a month and he
can read and write local language news paper(Telugu). If anyone member
from Palamoor NRI forum visiting India, are welcome to attend the
program which will be held on 26th January at Zilla Parishath High
School, Zadcherla from 8 AM onwards.
As literacy plays a major role in the allround development of a person,
society, state, nation and it is possible to total literacy in the state
in one month. The NRI forum can take initiative in this regards.
My expectations from the NRI Forum to supply the same books
to illiterate members of the self help group in your respective
districts to make them literate in one month. Your help and initiation
in this regard would be highly appreciated.
