Hi, I expected at least 100 of our members will vote. Unfortunately not. Anyways based on the votes polled, it is clear that we want to register our group. Even those who said, 'no', are more concerned about the technicalities and the increased responsibility, work and the unavoidable money involvement to get the things done.
For the coming three months we will be researching about the pros and cons of registering NGOs. We will try to look alternatives when it comes to negative aspects and the ways on how we can overcome them. So who will take this responsibility? Ratanji is one right person to let us know the details. I wish few others also take this responsibility. And all the interested volunteers do not take the same topic. You choose an area for yourself and then work on it. Say for example, one volunteer can find the conditions, rules and regulations to register as a foundation. One volunteer observes selected foundations and he will be part of the team that researches on 'Foundation'. Similarly other members too. Most of us, including me, are setting deadlines but are not sticking to them strictly. So before we register ourselves as an organization, it is better we improve ourselves and raise to the standards. Please reply with the choice of your tasks.
