Yes Vani. You need an applause. Everyone of us who takes quick action, participate actively commends appreciation. This is not praise but support and encouragement.
All of us are here to make a difference. But some of us are a little bit occupied with other important issues either work related or personal. So the group needs active people and such active people needs encouragement. All of us cannot be active all the time. So when few people are very busy that they cannot spend time, people who are comparatively free or free enough will take up the responsibility. So any appraisal mail is not praise as such but support and encouragement. In fact by mailing so, we derive energy.
