Last mail from my end..... about this topic..... This is all to help you all understand my way of work and to come up with suggestions.
You have seen me as aggressive person who often threatens people that I remove the members. But I am very reluctant to loose members at least the members whom I know in person and on whose interest I have confidence. If I mail to the group that members are not active, I receive mails saying that 'we will unsubscribe' from the people I know. I tag them as 'blackmailers'. Srinivas Surya unsubscribed. KK garu also requested me so. I tried my level best to convince him to be the member. Sowmya too implied so many times. Du sometimes. Raghu and Subbu unsubscribed saying that they will be back after few months. Now Kasyap threatened me that he will unsubscribe :( My nature is that I cannot loose my friends whom I can trust. Even if they do not participate actively, if I feel that they are there and I can bug them for suggestions or any help, I am happy. I can manage working over time. Now you all come up with your suggestions. In this scenario, with these members and the given constraints, how can I proceed? Is there any other way that I can manage well? That is why sometimes I get anger, when people talk about processes or guidelines. Most of the times, we should go by members' (who are on field) instincts but there cannot be any guidelines. As a person, I believe in completing a task rather than leaving it half-way for whatever be the reason. I take that as challenge and will try my level best to convince people and bring change in them. Either members or beneficiaries.
