When you refer to the group to consider about a case that is published in Eenadu Helpline, please follow these steps. It helps lessen the burden of volunteers here in Hyderabad. 1. Please make an image of the news item (if not pdf) and more so, if possible, write the gist of the news in the email text. Name: , Place: , Age: , Problem: , Other details: These details will help. 2. [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- This is the email address of Eenadu Helpline. You please write a mail to them mentioning about the case, date when it is published, and other details published in the news item. Request them to send the contact details to volunteers in our group. You can keep the volunteers in CC when you write this mail to Eenadu. As we have designated volunteers for each task, going forward, if something is related to Education, you please keep cc to those volunteers. If at all that is a medical case, you can keep a cc to me and other volunteers who showed interest in medical cases. This help from the members' side help the volunteers a lot. Let us start from this mail itself. I will not mail this to ERK as I usually do. You please write a mail to ERK with CC to me, Vani, Satyakrishna and Ravi Shankar.
