Hello Nachaki and others, I spoke with Aasish as soon as I read this mail. He is a 4th year engg. student. He told that they have withdrawn the case as the parents are not supportive. Even KIMS also told them that 60,000 rs. are only operation charges and they have to pay 40,000 rs. towards other charges.
These people spoke with the government and made all efforts to help the family and the family is not co-operating saying that we will take someone's help or we go to some other hospital sort of. The family is not clear. Aasish seems to be a very active person. I asked him about his and his friends availability during weekends. He said all of them are relatively free. I have taken his email-id and wrote a mail to him. Gave the urls of our group and also the website. I invited him for our meeting on April 8th. Let us hope that this would be a fruitful association and we will get more volunteers and support for our campaign activities. Thank you. with regards, Prasanthi.
