My thoughts: Agenda: 1. FDP 2. SDP 3. Medical Group Activities - Plan on Visiting hospital 4. Educational Group Activities 5. Common Platform - Invite members of other groups and we can start our ideas and info sharing as a part of this.
Venue: Can have Public Garden as there might be lots of shade over there. Indira Park is also a good option. Now having said that, I am sorry that i will not be able to attend the meeting as I am out of station on 6th, 7th and 8th. -Chaitanya
