This evolution will certainly be beneficial to the group. In addition to that
- For each focus area, define guidelines on how we will work. - Define criteria for the selection of a specific project (we should adapt to treat everything as a project). - Divide Financial resources from the group among the focus areas in a predefined manner. - Identify volunteers who have interest in that specific area - currently it is too adhoc. - Have a decision making body for each area - let the members express their thoughts/opinions to that group. - Work with the heart, but think with our mind. If we do this in a structured way, we are likely to make more people active and attract others with similar nature. Cheers Suresh A
