which direction we want to go? any idea? apart from the registration issue, where do we want to head? Will the TMAD be a volunteer group which will help some needy people on case to case basis? or will it be more than that? We need a more bigger picture and vision for the future. And its wonderful to see the contribution of the individuals who are participating in the various DP programs. the DPs should continue. Regarding the secretary\excecutive post , Ratan was right.We need to field some one other than Prashanti. Because it might require more physical work (moving around) and mental stress. And to work in a complex society like ours it requires more and more energy to work in the field. Probably prashanti can share the lighter side of the high end work like PR with press\coordinating with other organizations. that way she will still be guiding the team work towards the bigger picture of her vision.
