The whole idea is to bring in accountability and responsibility. We need to set 
individual targets ( which eventually would become the group targets ) and work 
towards meeting them. 
   
  At the end of the day , we should create opportunities for those who do not 
have them, because they cannot and we can.

ahead positively in all these areas, we need to set targets and more precisely

  c.       Volunteers: At least 2 volunteers.
  3)       Distribution Team:
  a.       Responsibility: Identify distribution projects.

                                                                 i.       BDP: 
During winter
                                                               ii.       SDP: 
During summer
                                                              iii.       WDP: 
During summer
                                                              iv.       FDP: 
once every month.
  c.       Volunteers: At least 5 volunteers
  4)       Campaign Team:
  a.       Responsibility: To conduct medical, blood donation and other 
campaigns.
  b.       Target: To organize 4 such camps through the year.
  c.       Volunteers: At least 3 volunteers.
  5)       Any other
   
  Offsite Team : Members in the US and else where.
  1)       Volunteer Team: 
  a.       Responsibility: Motivate and encourage being a part of M.A.D or 
supporting M.A.D like activities.
  b.       Target: 10 volunteers every year. ( active volunteers )
  c.       Volunteers: At least 2 volunteers
  2)       Finance Team:
  a.       Responsibility: Raise funds.
  b.       Target: $10,000 a year.
  c.       Volunteers: At least 2 volunteers.
  3)       Newsletter Team:
  a.       Responsibility: Identify and document M.A.D projects.
  b.       Target: Publish quarterly newsletters.
  c.       Volunteers: At least 2 volunteers.
  4)       Accounting Team:
  a.       Responsibility: Identify and document M.A.D revenues and expenses.
  b.       Target: Publish quarterly statements.
  c.       Volunteers: At least 2 volunteers. 
  5)       Any other
   
  This approach will provide define roles, responsibilities and more 
importantly targets for individual groups.
