These guidelines are not for registration purpose.

What I meant by the guidelines is the expected conduct from members 
for the activities to go smoothly.

As more and more members are joining, we get various kinds of 
opinions and instead of concentrating on coming to an acceptable 
conclusion or an optimal way of discussing things, we end up arguing 
and no activity at the end. It shouldn't be the case. Some members 
wish to keep silent no matter what. Being busy is understandable. 
But at the same time we expect some commitment to the group and the 
response is solicited. If they cannot mail, they can ask other 
members to convey their message.

This is only one example. 

How we act, definitely makes an impact on other members and it may 
demoralise and disinterest them. So our conduct is also equally 
important.

In that context, I requested views from members on what should be 
the guidelines. Once we get the response from all the members, we 
will discuss and freeze the guidelines and upload to the Web site, 
so that every new member will be directed to them first.

I hope the purpose is clear now.
