I personally feel that 110 books may be more. If we want to take the 
advantage of bulk buy, I am not sure. I think we can initially give 
30 long note books for classwork and 20 for rough work. 

We can give her later may be by quarterly or so. This way we can 
keep in touch with her too. 

Coming to text books, I think we need to know about the company 
(Chand or Telugu Academy) and then buy. 

As for the college fee, I prefer giving Rs. 5000 (the amount that we 
paid to her for her first year intermediate) to Radhakrishna garu. 
As we are paying at a time and the girl got good marks, the 
Principal might not ask more.

We have to take a quick decision about books and we should give to 
Radhakrishna garu on or before May 31st.

As per the guidelines, I think the maximum limit from group fund for 
an education case is Rs. 5000. So for the text books, we need to 
request individual donors. Once I come up with the final balance 
sheet, we can get to know how much is the group fund and how much is 
for project specific.

Let us not delay for that fact. We can adjust later.
