Thank you for the update, Satyakrishna. I personally feel that 110 books may be more. If we want to take the advantage of bulk buy, I am not sure. I think we can initially give 30 long note books for classwork and 20 for rough work.
We can give her later may be by quarterly or so. This way we can keep in touch with her too. Coming to text books, I think we need to know about the company (Chand or Telugu Academy) and then buy. As for the college fee, I prefer giving Rs. 5000 (the amount that we paid to her for her first year intermediate) to Radhakrishna garu. As we are paying at a time and the girl got good marks, the Principal might not ask more. We have to take a quick decision about books and we should give to Radhakrishna garu on or before May 31st. As per the guidelines, I think the maximum limit from group fund for an education case is Rs. 5000. So for the text books, we need to request individual donors. Once I come up with the final balance sheet, we can get to know how much is the group fund and how much is for project specific. Let us not delay for that fact. We can adjust later. --- In [email protected], "Satya Krishna" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Sorry Frds > chala late ga mail chestunanduku > > Mr. Radha Krishna gari daggara nundi nenu Swathi ki kavalasina Books List > tesukunna on Friday Evening. > > TExt Books : > 1.
