Hello Friends, With increased members and increased activities, there is bound to be lot of mails and all of us may not like the inflow. For effective discussions and concentrated efforts, we created subgroups for emails.
*About Subgroups:* ---Those who are interested in particular activities can subscribe to particular group apart from the main group. To know the activities of other groups, they can refer the Web site. --- Those who are interested in all kinds of activities and no problem with mail count, can subscribe to all subgroups. No restriction. The only difference being the id from which they receive the emails. *Condition:* -- Apart from updating the Web site, each subgroup will send update mails to the main group. *Decision Making:* ** Decisions with respect to selecting a case for help or taking up some activity rests with the members of that particular subgroup. Based on the number of members in each subgroup, the group owner/moderator will create teams according to the interest of the members. *Responsibilities:* ** The responsibility of updating the main group about the case/activity/contact details of the team members etc., rests with the team. Similarly the monetary details and any events/meetings. The details are collected by Content Management Team and Finance Management Team so that they can update the Web site and accounts. Everything will be updated to our Web site once in 3 days. These are the email-ids of our main group and subgroups. Please come up with your suggestions, questions or concerns, if any, for this arrangement. Hyderabad members who attended the monthly meeting yesterday, feel free to mail, if I missed, misspelt or misquoted anything. If most of us agree to this arrangement, let us start subscribing to the subgroups of our interest. Mails will be sent to respective subgroups from Thursday onwards.
