Hello Ranare garu, Please go through the following: <<We posted this in the Education Subgroup>>
Ratanji mailed to us about our support to two children for their studies. He attached the scanned copy of the bills of both the book supplier as well as of the school. Those are two big in size. We will post it later in the Web site. ==================================== Dear All, Thanks to everyone who has donated to the cost of education for the 2 girls studying in Nampally Vyayamashala High School. Fee Structure Admission Fee (inlcudes one term Fee and one Month's monthly Fee) For Nikitha (Class-II) 870 + For Chekitha (UKG) 830 = 1700 Monthly Fees (paid for another 6 months, till December'07) = (185 x 6 =1110 (for Nikitha) )+ )165 x 6 = 990(For Chekitha)) = 2100 Term Fees (Balance 2 term Fees, payable every 4 months, paid for the full year )= 185 x 2 =Rs.370 for Nikitha and 165 x 2= Rs.330 for Chekitha = Rs.700 So total school fees= 1700 + 2100 + 700= 4500 Books for Nikitha =313 +10(Cover Roll) = 323 Books for Chekitha = 389 + 10 9Cover Roll) = 399 Total Amt spent on books = 722 - 72(Discount given by bookseller) = Rs.650 So the total expenses so far is Rs.4500 +Rs.650=Rs.5150 Fees have been paid till the end of December'2007 which includes admission fee, term fees for the whole year and monthly fees till Dec). What we have to pay more is (Rs.185 +Rs165) x 5 = Rs.1750 as monthly fees in the month of January'2008. And another Rs.300 would be spent on books of Nikitha as they were not available with the seller at the time of our visit. So we will be giving another Rs.300 (approx) in few days. Out of the total Rs.5150, Rs.2000 was donated by Bharadwaj, Rs.1000 by Uday garu, another Rs.2075 by TMAD and Rs.75 has been given from SHIFT's fund. The picture of Nikitha could only be taken as Chekitha had already left for the day (being a UKG student, she leaves early than her sister). Copies of bills and school building have been uploaded. Thanks to all of you for your contribution. We need another Rs.300 for books and Rs.1750 for monthly fees (in January'2008) Regards, Ratan.
