Hello Friends, This is with respect to Suchorita Bera case.
Sudhakar Majety garu has agreed to contribute 500$ towards this case. To be frank, I forwarded the list of important cases to him in the order of priority. He asked me which is of utmost importance and in urgent need. I told him that it is Suchorita's case as she has to be operated within 4 months and one month has already elapsed. He will send the cheque to Yasoda tomorrow or day after and Yasoda will immediately forward 600$ (100$ sent by Ismail garu) to us. And anything else that might reach them before they send to us. That would be Rs. 20,000 and odd @40.32. (that is the last transaction exchange detail). Total Available Balance : INR 32,324.08 This is the amount that we have with us, as of today. Even after the entire calculation, if at all I need to give money, it would be below 5k to 6k, at the max. So overall we will be having some 38k. As we can pay in monthly instalments to the education cases and as few people are coming forward to share the expenses on Education, can we spend Rs. 20k towards Suchorita? 1. The reason why I prefer Suchorita's case is the criticality. She has to be operated within 3 months from now. 2. The operation would cost around one lakh twenty five thousand rupees. 3. Charity of Narayana Hrudayalaya might consider to give concession as they did for Sai Charan if we promise considerable amount initially. 4. Sudhakar garu is going to contribute Rs. 20,000. If we give 20,000 rs., it would be Rs. 40,000 and with this amount, we can request the Charity and hospital authorities to do the operation. At least operation will be done on time. 5. Raja garu of Kinnera Foundation also promised Rs. 20,000 though they support only AP cases. But they will pay the money directly to the hospital towards operation charges. So after operation we can ask their contribution. I personally do not want to take this money because I do not want Kinnera Foundation to take up cases against their guidelines and rules. It is so nice of them to respond positively to our request. So friends, please come up with your opinion. I await eagerly for your replies. One request, there is no partiality here with respect to the cases. Only criticality is the prime concern. That doesn't mean we neglect other cases. I mailed to nearly a dozen social work groups operating in Chennai keeping Arun in CC so that he can follow-up. The efforts will be on. Why only 20,000 rs. towards this case, instead of Rs. 30,000 for the quarter that we proposed, is that remaining Rs. 10,000 and the contributions for FDP, I want to send for KKS Orphanage for the operation of the child. Why not for milk tins is that many people will come forward to provide support for such cases instead of (for) an operation. Anyway these are all my views. Please come up with your suggestions.
