Hai Siva and the group I will surely try to ask for some concession. But as the baby belongs to karunalaya(KKSS), its already a discounted surgery.Even this amount along with other bills for other babies from karunalaya are pending from many months and still mehta's hospital dont force them to pay upfront. But they are requesting them to pay at least some of the bills.
The surgeon doesnt charge even a rupee and even the medicines were subsidised as I know. But I will just give it a try as u suggested.
