Hi Team,
At the outset although it's delayed let me congratulate all our teammates
for the successful completion of Registration proceedings of TMAD.
Registration was not a task its now when our efforts should be at the best
to make those dreams come true. We need to abide by the rules and
regulations and comply with same for which we all should cautiously put our
best efforts.
Herewith I am sharing some of the procedural compliances during our trust
operations.
Ø All the Expenditure bill's other then the expenditure of projects
should be on the name of the trust.
Ø Expenditure bills incurred on the projects* should be on the name of
the person and we should obtain the original Bill of the same.
Ø All the Advances (if any) should be settled within 7days of time.
Ø Teammates are requested to remit there monthly contribution within
the stipulated time I.e. 10th day of every month.
Ø All Vouchers should be properly authorized.
Ø Any other issues not discussed infra will be dealt with in monthly
meetings.
**Projects:- *
Projects here refers to all the expenditure incurred on our key
objectives viz. educational & medical .It excludes any expenditure incurred
for team meeting and any expenditure which cannot be attributed to any of
the cases viz. printing and stationary, legal expenses, etc.
