Hi, I am exploring the option of going raising a complaint about various recharge/top up options manually and online (via bank websites).
customer is always taken for granted. I have not seen any option by any service provider providing proper service especially for online recharges. If you are aware of whom should i complain about it, please do let me know. In case if it is not possible what are the legal options i have? -- Regards...
