Out of the 4 staff members working there, two persons are leaving who are a couple. Can you help in providing replacement for them. Look for any old couple in your reach, who are reliable and can show care towards the kids even in absence of someone monitoring. They have to stay along with the kids all the time. They will be given a salary of 1500-1800 each + Food + Accomodation. Please think about it and look for somebody whom u know. That will help for the healthy running of the organization.
