(This can only be understood by the members who attended the Dec. 9th meeting.. he he) Thank you Chaitanya, Ravi, Vani and Harinath. We still need a volunteer for Organizational visits. Harinath career guidance stalls fall under Education only. By the way, let me be clear about the supposed teams. The volunteers from each group (TMAD, FRF, ASHA etc.,) in these teams have the following initial responsibility: 1. Pledging two days a month for the activity. By 16th, we should be ready with the list of volunteers from our group for each team. Name, Email, Mobile, the days that you are going to commit and the place of stay. Once this is consolidated, the immediate sunday, we will come up with the details of volunteers for each team. Then the first meeting of each time will be announced. In this meeting, the respective team discuss and come up with the guidelines and then they will form the plan of action. Any decision rests with particular teams only. If any volunteer cannot come on the pledged date, it is the responsibility of the parent group to send another volunteer for work that particular day. So you people represent TMAD group in the BOSF group. Thumbs up.
