All,

I completely agree with Vani's views.

Everyone of us who respects our national flag would not want it to be seen
everywhere, even for a good reason. It has its own value and space. Anyone who
looks at this logo will first have the feel of flag colors than anything else.

  1. Point no 1 - we cannot explain everyone who comes across the logo that
usage of this colors is legal and motivating. Any common person who looks at
this would first have this question "why flag colors" ? irrespective of the
correctness involved. Would we want to raise any such questions on this? This
is not going to be one time issue. Once registered, it will be with us for
forever, unless and until we want to redo it again for some reasons.

  2. I really dont think that any common person would take time to really
evaluate our logo to that extent that they recognize several characters and
activities depicted in our logo. We, as group members would definetly do so
and may be our friends as we aks them to do it. .

Any common person will only concentrate on the primary and elevating items
when he looks at a new logo or introduction, hencce it should be always self
explanatory and indicative. On these grounds, I am still not voting the
current logo :-) .However, I respect the hardwork behind this and group
acceptance.

However, if we are deciding on this, I think usage of colors is a must so
that some correct and striking things are available to the first time visitor.

All are my personal thoughts only please, no offence involved :-)

  Thanks and Regards,
  Jyothi

          Arun, :)

Yeah. Your answer brings the question of different personas. Some
people look at colors, pictures and some the text etc.,

Let us see. Let us wait for the responses from other members as well.
