Thank you Lalithajyothi garu.

It has really been a very long time that I penned. I was not able to
write articles also leave alone poems. This is pricking me recently.
Somehow all of a sudden (may be I took time for myself and I
channelled the time) I started writing. The feelings that were there
in mind somewhere started making noise. I hope I will continue
writing. (of course will not disturb members of this group). Why I
shared my poems is I wanted to share my joy with our members.

This is a personal poem expressing my feelings on getting back my
muses.

Nayee Subah

chipkee huyee samundar jaise
bah rahee thee parson tak
rahatee thee baraf jaisee

bhool gayee thee ki
paanee hai mere amdar
aur motee bhee kuch sundar

ye kahaan kee pavan aayee
ye kaise rutu aayee
aahistaa aahistaa barf pighalaa
dheere dheere lahare chale

kitne baras ke behas hai
koyee andaajaa naheen
nachaane lagee laharon ko

vuDh rahe hai tarang
ye man ke
gaa rahe hai ye pad
bina gumghuroo ke

gam ke sardee mein
chalan kee garmee
khushee ki lorii sunaa rahee hai!!
ab chain kee neend sone ko
jee kartaa hai

raham allaah kare
khulee havaa mein
ek naye subah ho
ummeed ke kirane
bulamd ho
khushiyon ke gali mein
thodee jagah ho!

The following are written as comments to some of the poems in
museindia.com

Love

Comment: I forgot for which poem I write this comment.

Grief or Joy,

Whatever be the gift of love

heart never remains calm

In silence it makes sounds

In noise, it maintains poise

Parental Love

Comment: Written in reply to a poem, My papa waltzes too, wherein
the person of the poem feels bad for all the corporal punishment
that her father gives her. You know for what.. for maintaining 6 boy
friends at the age of 12.

Love has many a form

Not easy to understand

the language of a parent's palm

no matter what, it is always warm

never mind

With age

the realization soothes the bruises

like a balm

The moment you let the

another life

breathe the world

all the sighs, all the questions

are answered.

Till then, stay calm.

Love

Comment: Written in reply to a comment on the poem that
says, 'Better late than never'. The person of the poem feels bad for
rejecting a proposal from a friend and feels happy to know that the
hand is still stretched for her. The name of the poem is Rewinding.

No time

for love

the whole world stands still

No age

for love

the dawn ushers new birth, a re-birth

No life

for love

every moment and each moment, it dies for its love

No death

for love

lives in every breathe of its love

The following are the funny lines written for our members.

yaa hooo

chaahe koyi mujhe paglee kahe
chaahe koyi mujhe titlee kahe
ruktaa nahee hoon mein
saalon baad
hichkichaanaa karne ko
man taras rahee hai

gussaa mat ho doston
guungee gudiyaa guunj rahee hai
murjhaa gayee suman khil rahee hai

======

ye kyaa huaa, kyon huaa, kaise huaa,
koyi amdaajaa nahee
magar
jo kuch bhee huaa
achchaa hee huaa
bahut achchaa huaa

===========

jaa raheen hoon doston
do din ke liye
ek dost ke yahaan
ye shahar chod ke

karke kayee ishaaraa,
pukaaraa thaa unhone,
unke paas aane,
sochaa thaa ki
ab to maane,
aakhir rishtaa hai
barson puraane

aavoongee parson
leke duvaa kee kaliyaan
aur dedh saaree khushiyaan

chalo
de do ijaajat
magar
bhoolnaa nahee khat
nahee to rahegaa inginat
dekhte rehnaa har vakat!!

All these poems are written on 17th Jan. Thought of posting them
(the last ones)and leave but didn't find time.

Started posting my poems in a blog. (Thanks to Kasyap. It was his
suggestion long back but I didn't heed due to lack of time and
interest. Now that my enthusiasm is back, I thought of collecting
all my poems in the three languages (Yes. I am T H E Poetess... used
to pen my feelings in Telugu, Hindi and English). They are scattered
in different Web sites and different books. Don't know when I can
complete, but yes, will update sometime.

P.S: This will be the last mail on the poems front. I hope you all
didn't get angry for posting 'off-topic' mails.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.
